Camp John Hope is located on 226.14 acres in Macon County, GA (6.5 miles southeast from Fort Valley off highway 341 between Perry, Marshallville, and Fort Valley.)

Traveling South on Interstate 75

Take Exit 135 (Perry-Marshallville) and turn right on Hwy 127 West. Hwy 127 will intersect with Hwy 224 approximately two miles from the interstate. Keep on Hwy 127. Approximately six miles from the interstate, take the second paved road on your right (Camp John Hope Road). Travel one mile, turn left to enter the camp's facilities. The office is located in the T.G. Walters Hall.

From Atlanta

Take I-20 East toward Augusta. Take Exit 93 (Hazelbrand Road and Highway 142). At the top of exit, turn right onto Hwy 142. Proceed to S.R. 36. (there will be BP and Shell gas stations at the intersection.) Turn left onto 36, and proceed 9.5 miles. You will see the entrance for the FFA/FHA camp. Just follow the road into the camp.

From Augusta

Take I-20 West toward Atlanta. Take exit 93. (Hazlebrand Road and Highway 142) At the top of the exit, turn left on to Hwy 142. Proceed to S.R. 36. (There will be BP and Shell gas stations at the intersection as well). Turn left on 36 and proceed 9.5 miles. You will see the entrance to the FFA/FHA camp. Follow the road into the camp.

From Macon

Take I-75 North toward Atlanta. Take exit 201 (Highway 36). At the top of the exit, turn right on to S.R. 36. Follow 36 through Jackson,. Proceed 14 miles north of Jackson until you see the FFA/FHA camp entrance sign. Turn onto main road and follow it into the camp.

From Athens

Take Hwy 78 toward Monroe. Just West of the Monroe exit, take the exit for Hwy 138 toward Conyers. Follow 138 to Walnut Grove. At the traffic light in Walnut Grove, turn left onto Hwy 81 south. Follow 81 south to Hwy 142. Turn left onto 142 and follow it over I-20 to S.R. 36. (There will be BP and Shell stations at the intersection). Turn left onto 36 and proceed 9.5 miles until you see the FFA/FHA camp entrance. Turn onto the main road and follow it into the camp.

From Loganville and Lawrenceville

Take Hwy 20 East through Lawrenceville toward Loganville. Highway 20 will continue with highway 81. Follow highway 81 through Loganville. When Hwy 81 runs into Hwy 78, follow the signs to 81, taking a left onto 78 and a right at the first traffic light. Continue on 81 through Walnut Grove until you reach Hwy 142. Take a left on 142, also called Covington by-pass road. Follow 142 over I-20, to S. R. 36. (There will be BP and Shell gas stations at the intersection) Turn left onto 36 and follow in 9. 5 mile until you see the FFA/FHA camp entrance. Turn onto the main camp road and follow it into the camp.
