We have a wide variety of meeting facilities
to meet your needs. Our meeting rooms come in all shapes and sizes,
and can accommodate from 10 people to 700 people.
Meeting facilities are assigned according
to your group size. Because we normally serve multiple groups at
one time, we generally do not assign meeting rooms until the week
before your arrival. If you have a group of more than 200, or if
you have exclusive use of the center, then we can make assignments
earlier.
Chairs and at least one table are provided. Other equipment or additional
tables are available for rental. Groups are responsible for setting
up their meeting room and cleaning it before departure. Center staff
can set up the room for you for an additional fee.
