Agricultural Aviator

There are many types of agricultural aviators with crop duster being one of the most common and recognizable. Crop dusters essentially help farmers with pest control to prevent crop damage. Also known as agricultural pilots, crop dusters carry chemicals in their aircraft and spray over crop fields and orchards to fertilize, control plant diseases and weeds, and control pests.

A pilot's license is required to become an agricultural pilot. Knowledge of specialize pesticide spray equipment, photography equipment, or other specialized equipment is also essential for this career. Agricultural aviators can own their own business or work for the forestry service, department of natural resources, and for power companies to control growth under power lines.
