SAE: Collect, Press, Mount And Identify Plants That Are Growing On Campus
Description:
  • Can be done as an individual SAE or as a group SAE.
  • All or a portion of horticultural plants growing on campus can be identified. Needs to be a minimum of 20 if possible.
  • Should be identified before pressing so plants may be correctly identified.
  • Should be mounted in such a way so that the specimen does not disintegrate.
  • Should be correctly identified and several identifying characteristics should be listed.
  • Should be checked for accuracy.
  • Should be of sufficient quality to be displayed at local civic activties.
