SAE: Construct Spray Rigs for Four Wheelers
Description:

Constructing sprayers for use on four wheelers is an opportunity for students to enhance their skills learned in the agricultural mechanics classes. Students would design and plan the construction of the sprayer. The sprayers could be designed to be mounted on the four wheeler or as a trailer type sprayer. With the increase number of acres of pine trees being planted each year and need for controlling weeds and undesirable species in planting sites, this would increase the marketing potential for a sprayer for four wheelers.
