Constructing birdhouses and feeders is an excellent project for students to enhance their woodworking skills, learned in the agricultural mechanics classes. Students would construct birdhouses and feeders after school in the agricultural mechanics lab or in a home shop. The potential to sell these birdhouses and feeders is excellent. This will enable the student to develop his/her personal relation skills. By selling birdhouses and feeders, this will aid the student finical and develop their record keeping skills. |
